Aruna Shoes will refund or exchange footwear or bag purchases bought from our online web boutique or through our events once we are in receipt of the unworn returned item, this must be returned within 14 days of delivery to the client together with all the original packaging and enclosed return slip.
If an alternative size is required, please call us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.
